Rcave is Building a New CS2 Junior Team – Rcave Rising

Rcave continues to expand within Counter-Strike 2 — and we are now building our own junior team: Rcave Rising. Our goal is to provide young, motivated players with the opportunity to grow in a structured, professional environment while representing an established esports organisation.

Why a Junior Team?

The esports scene in Finland is developing fast, and we want to take an active role in supporting the next generation of talent. Many young players already have strong potential, but lack the guidance, routines, and team environment needed to take the next step.

That’s where we come in.

With Rcave Rising, we offer:

• Dedicated coach and manager

• A clear long-term training plan

• A competitive and motivating environment

• An organisation with experience in both national and international leagues

Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for players aged 15–17 who:

• Have the right mindset

• Want to improve

• Are ready to commit to structured team play

• Have ambitions to reach higher competitive levels in the future

Previous experience is an advantage, but motivation and attitude matter the most.
